Global Hospitals, Mumbai, a part of IHH Healthcare (“IHH”) has announced the appointment of Ashok Bajpai as its new Chairman.
Bajpai has over 30 years of experience working for leading multinationals in the region as well as the Government of India. As the Group Head of Operational Strategy at IHH Healthcare, Bajpai plays a key role in expanding IHH’s global footprint and integrating its global businesses into its performance and business management processes. He is also the Chairman of Gleneagles Global Hospitals in India and serves as Director on several other IHH boards.
Prior to IHH, Bajpai was the Managing Director of Indraprastha Apollo Hospital where he successfully managed Apollo Hospital’s flagship 750-bed tertiary hospital in New Delhi and multiple hospitals across North India.
