The Wellness Co. has expanded its presence in India’s preventive healthcare sector with the launch of The Wellness Co. Retreat at Karma Lakelands, a luxury wellness destination focused on longevity, holistic healing, and personalised health optimisation. Located within the 270-acre eco-conscious Karma Lakelands estate in Gurugram, the retreat is designed to meet the growing demand for science-backed wellness experiences that combine preventive healthcare with luxury hospitality.
Positioned as an integrated longevity retreat, the new facility brings together advanced medical diagnostics, modern recovery technologies, traditional healing systems, nutrition, and mental wellbeing under one roof. The launch reflects a broader shift in India’s wellness industry, where consumers are increasingly seeking proactive approaches to health rather than treatment after illness.
The retreat offers 55 luxury accommodations, including villas, cottages, and private coves surrounded by forests, lakes, and landscaped greenery. Every guest begins their stay with a comprehensive health assessment and advanced diagnostic evaluation. The findings are then used to develop a personalised wellness programme tailored to individual health markers, lifestyle habits, and long-term wellness goals.
Programmes at the retreat address a wide spectrum of health and lifestyle concerns, including healthy ageing and longevity, executive wellness and burnout recovery, metabolic health, weight management, sleep enhancement, stress reduction, sports recovery, women’s wellness, and performance optimisation. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach, each programme is customised to suit the specific needs of every guest.
The Wellness Co. has built the retreat around five core pillars—modern longevity science, Ayurveda, naturopathy, nature and nutrition, and mind-body wellness. Guests have access to advanced therapies such as Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Whole-Body Cryotherapy, IV Nutrition Therapy, Far Infrared Sauna, and other recovery technologies alongside Ayurvedic treatments, naturopathy, mindfulness sessions, and personalised nutritional guidance. Mental wellbeing programmes have been developed in collaboration with the Art of Living Foundation.
Commenting on the launch, Rishabh Jain, Co-Founder and CEO of The Wellness Co., said the future of healthcare lies in helping people live healthier for longer through preventive, personalised care. He noted that the retreat integrates diagnostics, longevity science, evidence-based recovery technologies, traditional healing practices, nutrition, and mental wellness into a single ecosystem aimed at improving both lifespan and quality of life.
Unlike conventional wellness vacations, the retreat has been designed to extend its impact beyond the duration of a guest’s stay. Visitors receive personalised post-retreat health plans, supported through The Wellness Co.’s network of clinics, allowing continued monitoring, expert consultations, and follow-up therapies to help sustain long-term health improvements.
The launch marks The Wellness Co.’s strategic expansion from preventive healthcare clinics into destination wellness tourism. As demand rises for integrated, evidence-based wellness experiences across India and international markets, the company aims to position itself at the intersection of healthcare, hospitality, and longevity science. By combining advanced medical innovation with holistic healing traditions in a luxury setting, the new retreat seeks to redefine the country’s evolving wellness landscape.
